- 300 g sugar
- 150 ml olive oil;
- 1 tsp ginger
- zest of 1 lemon
- vanilla essence
- 500 g flour
- 16 g yeast
- 100 ml milk
Filling
- Mascarpone cheese
Decorations
- Assorted Dekora sugar and wafer decorations
- Whisk wet ingredients together
- Add dry ingredients alternating with milk
- Bake at 170ºC for 35-40 minutes
- Cool and cover with mascarpone.
