Base
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 150 ml olive oil;
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • vanilla essence
  • 500 g flour
  • 16 g yeast
  • 100 ml milk
Filling
  • Mascarpone cheese
Decorations
  • Assorted Dekora sugar and wafer decorations
Preparation
  1. Whisk wet ingredients together
  2. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk
  3. Bake at 170ºC for 35-40 minutes
  4. Cool and cover with mascarpone.
