Giacinta Pompei
Fashion & Cake Designer. Born in Fermo, in the Marche region of Italy, my passion for fashion and pastry has led me to live in cities like Barcelona and Paris, and to travel around the world in search of inspiration that fuels my creativity.
Curriculum
2011
I'm coming to Barcelona to pursue a master's degree in fashion accessory design.
2016
Paris opens its doors to my career in haute couture, and along the way, I train in pastry making at renowned schools: École Lenôtre and École Alain Ducasse.
2018
I'm returning to Barcelona for work and... for lack of sun and warmth.
2019
Almost simultaneously, D4 Design Atelier, my fashion consulting studio, and Love & Cake Barcelona, my creative pastry space that fuses fashion trends with the most innovative pastry techniques, were born. Pastry training After my beginnings in Paris, I continued to improve my skills with Cakes Haute Couture and Mery Cakes in Barcelona, exploring new textures, flavors, and styles.
