Orange Bundt Cakes

Ingredients
Base
  • 320g all-purpose flour.
  • 250g sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 120ml sunflower oil
  • 200ml buttermilk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp powdered flavoring
Filling
  • Sin relleno.
Decorations
  • Flores de oblea comestibles.
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs until they gain a little volume
  2. Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture clears and becomes foamy.
  3. Add the oil
  4. Add the buttermilk in 3 batches alternating with the sifted dry ingredients
  5. Add the flavoring paste
  6. Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan, previously greased with butter or sprayed with nonstick spray.
  7. Cover the mold with aluminum foil, leaving a gap in the center to allow air to circulate inside the mold.
  8. This way we will ensure that the cake is moist and does not burn on top, since baking takes quite a long time.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 40/45 minutes.
  10. Let cool on a wire rack.
