Base
- 320g all-purpose flour.
- 250g sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 120ml sunflower oil
- 200ml buttermilk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp powdered flavoring
Filling

- Beat the eggs until they gain a little volume
- Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture clears and becomes foamy.
- Add the oil
- Add the buttermilk in 3 batches alternating with the sifted dry ingredients
- Add the flavoring paste
- Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan, previously greased with butter or sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Cover the mold with aluminum foil, leaving a gap in the center to allow air to circulate inside the mold.
- This way we will ensure that the cake is moist and does not burn on top, since baking takes quite a long time.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 40/45 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
