On the 25th and 26th April, Dekora in collaboration with Comercial Ronda de Ibiza, Delite, Events in Ibiza, PIMEEF and Bollería BJV have organized a Professional Pastry demonstration where the attendees have had the opportunity to know the latest trends about desserts, cakes and punches. Other topics talked during the event were new Pastry ideas for mini tasting, basic techniques and other types of dye application.
The chef, expert teacher and consulting, Amador Castillo has had the opportunity to present many interesting ideas and new products to the audience. We had two enjoyable days with a huge participation that demonstrates the importance and the increment of the Baking Sector.
Dekora is working hard to continue being part of the high quality pastry decoration and the tooling products reference.
