We begin 2018 with a great energy and desire to continue leading the Professional Pastry sector, helping professionals in the sector to grow and develop, bringing new ideas and concepts to their work.
Our first Professional Pastry Catalogue of 2018 aims to make this possible, boasting over 300 pages covering Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and all manner of events.
There are many additions to all sections, we have adapted many of our products to create allergy-friendly versions, including a key showing the product characteristics. Our new formats and packaging are adapted to the needs of the professional and, of course, there are many new products on offer.
