For the third year running, Dulcypas is organising the Award for the best handmade tea pastry. According to Grupo Vilbo, the origin of this initiative was the intention to promote and honour one of the most genuine specialities in handmade patisserie.

In this edition, Dekora will be the sponsor of the competition, whose registration opens in December 2017 and closes in January 2018. The event will take place at the prestigious cooking school “Le Condor Blue” in Madrid.

This was the winning tea pastry in the last competition, from Abraham Balaguer of Heladería Rocambolesc in Girona, which beat more than 200 entries from all over Spain.
