At Dekora, we still firmly believe that there is no better way to get our products out there than by showing them off, and if we do so in the hands of one of the best technical speakers, chef Amador Castillo, then we will achieve this goal.
We are starting off this back-to-school season with lots of motivation, working on 3 baking demonstrations that are scheduled to take place between October and November. The content of the recipes we will be making will be based on Christmas creations, such as logs, pies or mini-cakes. Attendees will be able to learn the original recipes, in addition to getting a closer look at techniques for using colorings, molds, and raw material.
